Cancellation and Late Policy
1. Deposit policy:
All customers are required to pay a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the appointment at checkout. If the business must cancel an appointment , the full deposit will be refunded to the customer.
2. Cancellation and rescheduling policy :
To cancel an appointment and receive a full refund of the deposit, customers must provide notice 48 hours after the initial booking . Cancellations made after 48 hours after the initial booking will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Customers wishing to reschedule their appointment must do so at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide this notice will result in losing the deposit . If you wish to reschedule, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but it will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
3. No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-show, where the customer fails to attend the appointment without prior notice or contact, the full amount of the appointment will be charged. Customers marked as a no-show for their first appointment will be required to pay the full amount again if they wish to book another appointment in the future.
