Before You Arrive

• For first-time guests, we ask that intake forms be completed before you arrive. This allows us to begin your ritual the moment you walk through the door.

• Your session closes with a gentle 10–15 minute blow-dry. We use Dyson tools on gentle heat, your hair leaves healthy, smooth, and fully dry. We are a headspa, our focus is on your pressure points, scalp tension release, and scalp cleansing, not salon styling.

• If your hair is thick or long, a complimentary 15 minutes can be added so it dries fully and beautifully.

• Couples are welcome to book online. For groups of three, simply text us and we will check for availability.

• If you're running a few minutes behind, we'll do our best. Out of respect for the guest after you, sessions close at their scheduled time.

• On weekends and after-hours visits, we do not have a receptionist at the front. When you arrive, please make yourself comfortable in the reception area. Your technician will come to greet you personally.

• All directions and parking details are on our website, Google Photos library, and intake forms. Please read carefully before your visit to ensure you have a smooth experience.
